  1. What package works for me?  It is all about your budget and available time.
  2. Where is your studio located? Our studio is located in Vaughan, Ontario 41 Asner Av, L6A0W6.
  3. Can you take a headshot in our office? Yes, we can. We will set up professional studio equipment at the location.
  4. Do you charge extra for shooting on location? Yes, we do. The additional cost is $100 for the set-up time (30 minutes) and traveling.
  5. Can you bring the backdrop with you for an on-location photoshoot? Yes, we can. We do have black, gray, and different color backdrops.
  6. What about Hair, Makeup, and Grooming? We can assist you with all these topics by inviting professionals. Please contact us for details and prices.
  7. What wardrobe would you recommend? It is all about you and the look that you would like to create.  We offer personal assistance as well.  The wardrobe has to complement the look that you would like to achieve.
  8. What is my right to all the images? You are the owner of your images.  You can use the images for personal use, social media, advertising,  newspapers, magazines, etc. You can print the images as well. We are offering to fill out the model release form.
  9. What payments do you accept? We do accept all types of credit and debit cards, Pay Pal, INTERAC e-Transfer, Cash, etc.
  10. Do I have to book your services in advance? Yes, you do. Please book the photo session online via our booking system or over the phone: 905-417-2211.
  11. What are your studio operating hours? Our studio opens from 10-00 AM to 10-00 PM, but we are flexible and can meet your expectations.
  12. How fast can I see the images? You will see the images instantaneously on our big screen.
  13. How will the images be delivered?  The images will usually be delivered the same day via Dropbox.
  14. Can I pick up the images right away on USB? Yes, you can.   Editing images usually take from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. The cost of the USB is $30.
  15. Are you editing all the images? Yes, we do. All the images will be edited and ready to print.
  16. Can you extra retouch my favorite images?  Yes, we can. Please select two favorite pictures, and we will retouch the images as a complimentary service.
  17. Do you offer exclusive discounts for seniors? Yes, we do offer a 10% discount for the elderly.
  18. What types o of headshots do you do? We do provide professional headshot services for realtors, businessmen and women, actresses, actors, celebrities, kids, and corporate headshots.
  19. Can you print a couple of pictures on the spot? Yes, we can. Please contact us for details.
  20. How many images am I going to get? Our goal is the quantity, but based on our experience we are capturing about 50-100 images every 15 minutes.
  21. What is the resolution of the delivered images? We do provide the pictures in the highest possible resolution 300 DPI.
  22. Can you edit the images for my social profile? Yes, we can retouch the images for the social profile. It is complimentary of our team.
  23. Where can I see the reviews of your customers? The reviews of our customers are available on our Google Plus page and WeddingWire.
  24. Can I trust your judgment about the proper angle? Yes, you can. We do have a combined 30 years of experience in portrait photography. We know how to create the mood of the picture with light. We are aware of how to direct you to the proper posture and angle. We do believe that every customer deserves to get a professional portrait.
