Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Orders that have been shipped within 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns for Non-Quality Issues
We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to personal reasons unrelated to product quality, the customer will be responsible for both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping fees.

- Reason for the return
- Order number (GSRRxxxx)
- Your name
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
At GSR Studio Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at gsrstudio@gmail.com with your order number (GSRRxxxx) and include a photo or video showing the issue. We will work with you to quickly resolve the problem, offering either a free replacement with shipping covered or a full refund, as applicable.
Refund Process
Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed. Refunds are issued every Friday and may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note, GSR Studio Inc. cannot issue refunds for products purchased through third-party distributors or retailers.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for return shipments, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned item(s) or proof of delivery. All items will be inspected upon return, and in the unlikely event they are returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to return the item to you.
