What is the frame time of the photo session?

The duration of the photo shoot depends on the complexity of the product and the desired look.  We will capture the first batch of images, adjust the lighting if required and continue shooting till you love the look. The images are available for preview in real-time on the big screen.

Do you retouch the images?

Yes, the images approved by the customer will be fully-retouched to perfection.

Do you edit all the captured images?

Yes, we do. You gonna get all edited images .

How fast can I get the fully-retouched images?

The delivery time for product photography is usually the same or next day.

How the images will be delivered to us?

The links to all edited and to fully retouched images will be forwarded to you via Google Drive.

What is the average price for product photography?

The cost of the simple, not reflective products is $150 per look and for complex products that require more time, the price varies from $200 to $300 per look. The basic product photos will cost less as they require less photography and retouching time. Please contact us with your product picture and desired look and we will be back to you quickly with an estimate. The price including all edited pictures and one fully retouched high-resolution image sized according to the project scope.

Do you offer packages based on photography time only?

Yes, we do. The hourly rate is $400/ Hr.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, we do. Please contact our sales team for clarification.

Do you provide the photo service in the studio only?

Most of the complex product photoshoots we do prefer to capture in the studio as we do have a thousand tools that might affect the final product look.

The basic product photography and food photography service might be conducted on the customer site.

What is the extra charge for food photography on location?

We charge $150 for travelling and set-up fees.

What payments the photography studio accepts?

We do accept cash, debit, credit cards and e-transfer.

Do we have to pay HST?

Yes, you do. The HST has to be added to the quoted prices.

Would you issue the invoice?

Yes, the invoice will be printed or forwarded to you by e-mail.
