Should Baby Passport Pictures Toronto have to meet any Regulations?  The newborn passport photo should meet government regulations.

Do we need to make an appointment for infant  ID  images in Toronto? Yes, you do. This is a family-operated studio and we would like to make sure that we do provide the best available service for your family.

Why do you charge $38 for newborn ID photos in Toronto?

We do charge a min fee for professional newborn baby passport photo ID. The studio should be heated to 25-26 Deg.C to make sure that your baby will be comfortable and safe. We use passport ID services as a marketing tool for all our studio services and the customer’s price is below our cost.

We do ventilate an entire studio space after any customer’s visit. We are keeping the studio sanitized and we provide sanitizers to all studio visitors. The newborn baby photo will be taken by a professional portrait photographer with the top of line studio light equipment. The second professional photographer will be taking care of the baby and holding the baby in a safe way. We should charge more for this service, but we have agreed with the government to use the service as support to our local community.

Do you guarantee the acceptance of prints? Yes, we do. We use Biometric Technology where the software verifies the picture automatically against passport guidelines to make sure you have the best chance of having your photos accepted at the Passport Office. GSR Studio Inc makes every effort to ensure your passport photo meets the latest government regulations.

How should I wear the Infant for passport images? Please bring the baby and we do care about the rest. The studio is fully loaded with wraps, dresses, and accessories for newborn photography

How long it takes to get the print? It usually takes from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and it all depends on the newborn baby’s cooperation.

What types of payments you do accept? We do accept cash, debit and e-transfer.

Do you stamp the newborn passport prints? Yes, we do use the proper stamp that is meeting the government regulations.

Do I have to pay a Tax? Yes, you do. We have to support our government that supports and takes care of our families.

Can we get an electronic copy on USB? Yes, you can. The cost of an electronic copy and USB is $25

Can I get any ID for any country? Yes, you can. We do have a template for most of the countries. Please contact our studio in advance and we will create the template for you at no extra charge if we don’t have one.

 When can we get my Passport, Citizenship, Permanent Resident Card or Visa photo taken? Pictures can be taken anytime during our business hours of operation.

Can we get passport pictures out of the business hours of the photo studio operation? Pictures can be taken anytime; we charge $99 plus HST for this service.

Can you take the passport photos of our family at our home? Yes, we can. The flat rate for the service is $499 +HST .The package includes the passport pictures of the family of four. The cost of each additional person is $49 +HST. The prints will be delivered to you in a couple of Hr’s after the photoshoot.

How long does it take to get the printed images? It takes a couple of minutes to take the picture and a few minutes to have it ready. Usually, it takes less than 10 minutes! It might take more time for infants and babies.

What should we wear? White tops and light colours tops are not recommended. The passport office requires sufficient contrast between you and the white background. Head coverings except those worn for religious reasons are not allowed. Head coverings should also be dark colours that provide sufficient contrast. Please no hats, ball caps or sunglasses in the hair! Please also avoid large and reflective jewelry and earrings

Can I wear my glasses?

We do not recommend that you wear eyeglasses for your passport photos. The passport office will reject a photo for the slightest reflection or glare, even on the frame or rim of your eyeglasses.

Do you take baby or Infant visa or passport photos? Yes, we do! We take passport and visa photos for children and babies. Please allow extra time.

What other picture ID services do you provide? We provide photos for any picture ID.

Do you offer family discounts? Yes, we do. A 10 % discount will be applied automatically for family members.

Can we just walk in to get the passport photos? We do work by appointment only. Please give us a call to make sure that we are available to you.

Can I book an appointment online? Yes, you can. The online booking system is available for your convenience.

What type of payments do you accept? We do accept, debit, transfer, and cash.

Do I have to pay Tax? Yes, you do. The tax has to be added to all our services.
